As the Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital Pacific Homes, Community Manager for Rocky Mountain Home Company, and Marketing Manager for Citrus Hills Development Company, Johnny’s task was to sell and train onsite sales teams at lower producing projects.. Those same projects became the top selling sites in every case. Johnny understands that even a great product must be marketed and sold correctly. Throughout his career, Johnny has earned many awards and accolades. Recognized as a master closer in personality selling, he has been the top in his state for sales volume, transaction sides closed, listings taken, and gross closed commissions. Due to the rapid growth of his real estate firm, Johnny was featured on the cover of Savvy Executive magazine in 2006. In 2007, he was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as being one of the “Top 200 Real Estate Professionals” out of 1.4 million Realtors in the US. He was also the keynote speaker for the Moffitt Cancer Center’s 20th Anniversary Celebration, annual speaker for the University of South Florida Alumni Association and Tampa Bay Area Relocation Council, and annual emcee for the Tampa Bay Realtor Builder Expo.
